Refunds policy
Our customer satisfaction is ourĀ number 1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund for ordered products if:
(1) You do not receive the products you ordered online and it’s our fault that you didn’t receive such products you ordered from our website
(2) You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused and well packed neatly)
We do not issue the refund if:
(1) Your returned order does not arrive at our address due to factors within your control {e.g. providing the wrong shipping
address to the logistics company}.Your return must be returned within 30 days of receiving of the item
*You can submit a refund requests within 30 days. You can do it by filling the form, emailing us or sending a message onĀ our Contact Us page.
LIABILITY OF THE CUSTOMER
- The return costs and the risk of the return shipment are for the account of the buyer. (Keep the proof of shipment).
- Always add a note with your full name,adress and order number in returning order package.
- The returning product must be returned in their original condition without damage.
- The product must be returned in its entirety (including accessories).
- The product must not show any signs of wear, damage or modifications.
- All included accessories, labels and manuals must be returned togetherĀ with the product.
- Make sure that your return is well packaged. The responsibility for the correct packaging of your return lies with you as the sender.
